What to Expect on the Tour

Your aurora adventure begins with pickup from your accommodation or a designated meeting point. Before departure, our experienced guide checks the latest weather and aurora forecasts to select the optimal route for the night. Each evening is different, and our goal is to take you to the area with the highest chance of clear skies and aurora visibility.

We travel by comfortable car or minivan, stopping along the way whenever there’s a chance to spot the lights. You’ll enjoy light snacks and warm or cold drinks during the trip. We’ve also prepared a special Northern Lights booklet for you, filled with interesting facts, stories, and tips on how to spot the auroras.

When the Northern Lights appear, we pause to let you take in the moment in silence and wonder. You’ll have time to enjoy the view, take photographs, and simply soak in the magic of the Arctic sky.

Who Is This Tour For?

This tour is designed for adults and older participants seeking a peaceful and immersive experience in nature. Due to the late hours, variable weather, and time spent outdoors, we generally do not recommend this tour for young children. If you are traveling with kids, we warmly recommend booking a private tour tailored to your family’s pace and comfort.

Your guide is a trained professional with deep knowledge of the Northern Lights, local nature, and Arctic conditions. They are passionate about sharing the science and stories behind the auroras and helping you enjoy the experience to the fullest.

We keep our group sizes small to ensure a more personal and relaxed experience. This allows your guide to give individual attention, answer questions, and adapt the tour based on the group’s needs and aurora conditions – creating a truly memorable evening under the stars.

The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, so we cannot guarantee that they will be visible. If the weather isn’t on our side, we may need to cancel or reschedule the tour to ensure the best and safest experience possible.
However, we are so confident in our Northern Lights tours that if we are unable to take any photos of the aurora during your trip, we’ll refund 50% of the tour price.
